Intelligent Potential Collector
The Intelligent Potential Collector is a dedicated remote monitoring terminal for cathodic protection systems. It integrates high-precision signal acquisition, ultra-low power consumption control, wireless transmission and long-term power supply modules. The device can automatically collect core parameters including pipeline on/off potentials, AC and DC currents, and battery remaining capacity. Data is uploaded to the cloud platform via dual communication (4G + Bluetooth), enabling unattended remote monitoring and intelligent early warning of cathodic protection conditions. It is applicable to various cathodic protection projects such as long-distance oil & gas transmission pipelines, urban pipe networks and tank farms.

Construction Instructions

2. Wiring & Sampling: Connect reference electrode, test coupon and cables; provide insulation protection for terminals.
3. Bluetooth Configuration: Establish Bluetooth connection via APP, set sampling interval and alarm threshold.
4. Network Commissioning: Test 4G signal and verify data upload.
5. Enclosure Sealing Protection: Waterproof sealing, suitable for buried or outdoor installation.
