Epoxy fiberglass is mainly composed of solvent-free modified epoxy adhesive and glass fiber. The solvent-free epoxy adhesive boasts excellent mechanical properties such as high wear resistance and scratch resistance.<br>This product complies with Specification DEC-OTP-S-AC-016-2024-1+ Technical Specification for Epoxy Fiberglass Protective Coatings in Oil and Gas Storage & Transportation Engineering.<br>It is primarily applied for external protection of oil and gas pipelines during horizontal directional drilling crossings; inner lining of acid storage tanks, pits and reactors; acid and alkali resistant lining for chemical storage tanks and pipelines; as well as outer protective coating for pipelines and supports.

Adhesion strength to 3PE coating ≥3.5 MPa, adhesion strength to epoxy coating ≥7 MPa, featuring firm bonding without peeling off
Flexible & Adaptable Construction

Applicable for both manual and mechanized construction, compatible with full-caliber pipelines ranging from DN80 to DN1422, with flexible laminate structures (2-layer fiberglass mat + 5 coats resin / 3-layer fiberglass mat + 7 coats resin)
