Two Component Silicone Thermal Conductive Sealant CT-S3061

CTS306l is a two-component adition-curing silicone thermal conductive potting compound.Component A of this product is black-gray in color;while Component B is white.Upon thorough mixing,the resultant mixture appears gray.This product can be cured at room temperature or under heating conditions,with rapid curing speed and excellent adhesion to materials such as stainless steel,aluminum alloy,copper-clad laminate,and polyamide(PA).

Product Features

ast‑cure, dual‑cure, manual‑auto apply

Fast curing speed, available for room-temperature natural curing or accelerated heat curing. It features well-matched viscosity, suitable for manual potting operation as well as automated mass potting with dispensing equipment.
Odorless NEV component sealing

The adhesive features low odor, eco-friendly and non-irritating properties, meeting strict odor control requirements. It is specially used for waterproof sealing protection of new energy vehicle PTC heaters, power batteries and power supply assemblies.
High‑Performance NEV Potting Sealant

It possesses excellent thermal conductivity with a thermal conductivity coefficient up to 0.6 W/m·K. Featuring high heat transfer efficiency, it can rapidly dissipate heat from devices and meet the heat dissipation requirements of electronic equipment and capacitors.
UL94‑V0 flame retardant

It boasts outstanding flame retardant performance with UL94-V0 flame retardant rating. It self-extinguishes rapidly upon exposure to open flame, effectively restraining flame spread and improving the operational safety of electronic and electrical products.
Cured: UV‑resistant, anti‑aging & repairable

The cured adhesive resists UV erosion and long-term aging without degradation. In addition, the material features good repairability, enabling convenient disassembly for maintenance and re-gluing operations in later stages.
Superb bonding & waterproof sealing

Strong adhesive force ensures tight void-free bonding of the adhesive. It delivers excellent waterproof sealing performance to isolate moisture corrosion and protect internal components for a long service life.
