Two Component Silicone Thermal Conductive Sealant CT-S3041

CT-S3041 is a two-component addition-curing silicone thermal conductive potting compound.Component A of this product is black-gray in color;while Component B is white.Upon thorough mixing,the resultant mixture appears gray.This product exhibits low viscosity and low density, with minimal low-temperature shrinkage,making it particularly suitable for potting applications in instruments and meters requiring thermal shock resistance.

Product Features

  • Low density,low viscosity,good fluidity,and easy construction
    It features low overall density, low viscosity and smooth fluidity. The adhesive will not easily accumulate during application, greatly reducing the difficulty of manual and automated construction.
  • Excellent low-temperature resistance:After curing,it maintains good toughness at-50℃ without cracking
    It features outstanding low-temperature resistance. The cured adhesive maintains good toughness even in extreme cold environments of -50°C, free from cracking and embrittlement under low-temperature conditions, delivering stable and reliable protection.
  • Excellent adhesion properties,demonstrating strong bonding capacity with materials such as titanium alloys,aluminum alloys,stainless steel,and polyamide(PA)
    It exhibits excellent adhesive force, tightly bonding various substrates including titanium alloy, aluminum alloy, stainless steel and PA plastics with firm interfacial adhesion that resists delamination and peeling.
  • Flame retardancy rating meets UL94-VO standard
    It delivers outstanding flame retardant performance and has passed UL94-V0, the highest flame retardant rating. It self-extinguishes quickly when exposed to fire and is resistant to sustained combustion, effectively reducing fire risks for power supplies, automotive electronics and other products.
  • Excellent dielectric properties with high volume resistivity and electrical breakdown strength
    The cured adhesive boasts excellent insulating and dielectric properties with high volume resistivity and high dielectric breakdown strength. It can effectively isolate electric current to prevent electric leakage and short circuits, ensuring the safe operation of electrical equipment.
  • High tensile strength and elongation at break of the matrix
    The cured adhesive features high tensile strength as well as excellent elongation at break. It resists breakage under tension and offers superior elastic cushioning performance, accommodating equipment deformation and vibration working conditions.
  • Excellent waterproof sealing performance
    After curing, it forms a complete sealing protective layer that effectively blocks moisture and vapor from penetrating internal components, delivering stable and reliable waterproof sealing performance during long-term service.
