Product Certification
The product has passed tests conducted by the Electrical Safety Testing Center of CNPC, Sinopec and national lightning protection testing institutions. It complies with standards GB/T 18802 and SY/T 0017, and is suitable for severe working conditions of cathodic protection stations in oil & gas and long-distance pipeline projects.
Construction Instructions
1. Installation Preparation: Inspect appearance, sealing and electrical parameters; prepare brackets, copper busbars and bolts.
2. Bracket Fixation: Install horizontally and firmly outdoors with wind and seismic resistance.
3. Equipment Fixation: Securely mount lightning protection device to prevent loosening.
4. Wiring Connection: Connect AC, DC, reference electrode and zero-potential terminals correspondingly; reliably connect copper busbars.
5. Inspection & Commissioning: Perform continuity and insulation tests; verify protection performance via simulated lightning strikes.
6.Sealing Protection: Waterproof all interfaces for outdoor rainproof and sunproof protection.
