The product has passed authoritative tests conducted by the Cathodic Protection Testing Center of CNPC and Sinopec, as well as electrical equipment testing institutions for the power industry. It complies with standards including SY/T 0017 and GB/T 21448, and is suitable for high-risk projects such as oil & gas, power and railway engineering.
Construction Instructions
1. Installation Preparation: Check appearance and electrical parameters; prepare brackets, copper busbars and bolts.
2. Bracket Fixing: Install horizontally and firmly outdoors with wind and seismic resistance.
3.Equipment Fixing: Securely mount the drainage device to prevent loosening.
4. Electrical Connection: Connect positive terminal to pipeline and negative terminal to ground electrode; ensure reliable connection of copper busbars.
5. Inspection & Commissioning: Perform continuity and insulation tests, and verify performance under simulated interference.
6.Sealing Protection: Waterproof all connections; provide rainproof and sunproof protection for outdoor application.
