The Polarized Drainage Device is a solid-state drainage equipment dedicated to mitigating severe stray current interference on buried steel pipelines. It is specially designed for high-current interference scenarios such as high-voltage transmission lines and electrified railways.<br>Adopting a multi-stage parallel circuit and copper busbar heat dissipation structure, the product integrates DC decoupling, AC earthing and lightning protection functions. It features fault short-circuit protection, super high current carrying capacity and low residual voltage. As a replacement for conventional solid-state decouplers, it can effectively eliminate accelerated pipeline corrosion caused by stray currents and ensure stable operation of the cathodic protection system.

Construction Instructions

1. Installation Preparation: Inspect appearance, sealing condition and electrical parameters; prepare brackets, copper busbars and fixing bolts.

2. Bracket Fixing: Horizontally mount the bracket outdoors to ensure firm installation and wind resistance.

3. Equipment Mounting: Securely install the drainage device on the bracket and fasten bolts to prevent loosening.

4. Electrical Connection: Connect the positive terminal to the pipeline and the negative terminal to the grounding electrode. Ensure reliable connection of copper busbars for good electrical conductivity.

5. Inspection and Commissioning: Carry out continuity and insulation resistance tests; verify drainage performance by simulating interference conditions.

6.Sealing Protection: Seal all interfaces for waterproofing; implement rainproof and sunshade protection for outdoor installation.
