Moderate viscosity for easy application,suitable for manual filling or automatic filling by dispensing machines

The product features moderate viscosity with balanced fluidity; it resists sagging and will not clog pipelines. It is easy and flexible to handle, suitable for simple manual potting as well as automated potting on production lines using dispensing equipment.
High bonding strength,particularly for PETfilm and aluminum plates

It boasts outstanding bonding strength and excellent adhesion to various substrates. In particular, it forms high-strength bonding layers on PET films and aluminum alloy plates, and the bonding interface is not prone to peeling or delamination.
Excellent durability with no significant performance degradation after prolonged aging under high temperature and high humidity conditions

It features excellent weather resistance and durability. After long-term aging under high temperature and high humidity environments, its core properties including thermal conductivity, bonding and insulation show no obvious degradation, delivering long-lasting and stable protection.
Flame retardancy rating meets UL94-VO standard

It delivers top-tier flame retardant protection and has obtained UL94-V0 flame retardant certification. It self-extinguishes rapidly upon exposure to open flame without persistent burning drips, greatly mitigating fire risks for new energy and electronic equipment.
