For post-holiday resumption of work and production, safety serves as the top prerequisite and inviolable baseline requirement. To rigorously implement the provisions of circulars issued by the Dongguan Emergency Management Bureau, firmly consolidate the company’s work safety defense line, and ensure the safe, orderly and efficient restart of production, the company has rolled out both online and offline safety training for work resumption. We held a centralized safety education training session to guide all returning employees to stay alert to safety risks and consolidate safety fundamentals, laying a solid safety foundation for a promising start to the year’s production and operation.

In addition, an inspection team from the Dongguan Emergency Management Bureau (shortened as Municipal Emergency Office) visited our company to investigate the progress of post-holiday production restart and conduct a special work safety inspection, safeguarding the enterprise’s safe and orderly resumption of operations.

This centralized safety training for production resumption is a key initiative for the company to carry out post-holiday safety management, as well as a concrete measure to follow the work arrangements of the Municipal Emergency Management Bureau. It aims to further strengthen all participants’ awareness of work safety, improve their safe operation proficiency and emergency response capacity, effectively prevent and curb all types of workplace safety accidents, and guarantee the steady progress of all restart work.

The inspection covered all production zones across the factory, with focused checks on the operational status of production equipment, intactness of safety protection facilities and functionality of fire-fighting equipment. Inspectors carefully examined critical components including equipment wiring, safety guards, fire extinguishers and fire escape routes. Special staff were assigned to rectify all hidden risks discovered on site to ensure instant correction without any blind spots, fully securing a safe and controllable production environment during the restart period and laying a solid safety groundwork for subsequent manufacturing and business activities.

The inspection team from the Municipal Emergency Office paid an on-site visit to review the progress of post-holiday production resumption and conduct a special work safety audit. The team went deep into production workshops to inspect equipment operation, execution of safety protection measures, and rectification of identified hazards. They also raised detailed inquiries regarding the production restart plan, staff safety training programs, emergency response plans and other relevant work.

The Emergency Office recognized our company’s thorough preparations for production resumption and robust safety prevention and control measures. Meanwhile, it offered targeted guidance on minor flaws uncovered during the inspection, requiring our company to continuously reinforce the primary responsibility for work safety, carry out regular hazard screening and rectification, fully execute all safety protocols, and deliver a safe, orderly and efficient restart. Relevant corporate executives stated that the company will strictly follow the inspection team’s instructions, implement immediate rectification, extend the lessons learned to eliminate similar risks comprehensively, spare no effort to strengthen the work safety line of defense, and advance the high-quality development of the enterprise.
