After completing the crossing construction with FRP field joint coatings for this project, the nominal conductivity test was carried out on the anti-corrosion coating of the crossing pipeline section. The test result was 60 μS/m, reaching an excellent insulation grade.

Project Introduction
The crossing pipeline of this project has an outer diameter of Φ406 mm and a crossing length of 405 meters, categorized as mountain rock crossing with harsh construction conditions. Severe damage to the anti-corrosion coating of test pipes was found in preliminary tests, which indicated that additional outer protection for the pipeline coating was indispensable. Therefore, special modified epoxy FRP products manufactured by our company were adopted for the project.
