Project Introduction
Jieyang Natural Gas Pipeline Project undertaken by No.1 Branch of China Petroleum Pipeline Engineering Co., Ltd. adopted our company’s epoxy FRP products. The crossing pipeline of this project has an outer diameter of Φ813 mm with a total crossing length of 1,700 meters, categorized as river crossing. Given the harsh crossing conditions, special modified epoxy FRP products supplied by our company were applied.
The directional crossing was completed successfully in a single run, and no damage was found on the anti-corrosion coating of steel pipes throughout the crossing operation. This fully proves that epoxy FRP provides effective protection to the original 3PE coating of the pipeline.
