Pipeline information:
The pipeline is a gas pipeline. The pipeline starts at the WangNoi metering station in central Thailand and ends at the NakhonSawan receiving station in northern Thailand. The total length of the pipeline is about 195.7 km, and the pipe diameter is 711 along No. 32 in the direction of Bangkok to Nahkon Sawan (Nahkon Sawan). Road laying, pipe diameter 711 mm (28 in), X65 steel, wall thickness 14.3mm, 3 stations are set along the line, 12 valve chambers, ordinary section anti-corrosion layer 3mm thick, crossing section 4mm thick, and heat shrinkable joint The belt is a 3LPE heat-shrinkable belt, and a crossing sacrificial belt is added in the direction of the towing pipe at the crossing section repair.


Introduction of crossing project:
The project is a 670 and 330 rock layer mountain crossing section of the anti-corrosion layer FRP outer protection. The 670-meter crossing pipe is fully welded and constructed for corrosion protection. The 330-meter crossing pipe may be 300+30 two-by-one due to the operating position restriction of a military base in Thailand. ; Both pipelines cross about 20 meters underground, both are granite stone layers, with a maximum hardness of 100MPa or more; the cross hole size is 42 inches (1067mm),
