Radiation Cross-linked Polyethylene Heat Shrinkable Tape & Sleeve

It is a high-performance special material dedicated to pipeline anti-corrosion and sealing, laminated with radiation cross-linked polyethylene substrate and special sealing hot-melt adhesive layer.<br>The substrate is manufactured through extrusion, radiation cross-linking and stretching processes to form a stable three-dimensional network structure with excellent shape memory effect. When heated, the hot-melt adhesive can form high-strength bonding with steel pipes and epoxy coatings.<br>During construction, heat the material to 140℃–160℃; the substrate shrinks radially while the hot-melt adhesive melts to fill gaps. It seamlessly wraps pipe welds, elbows, flanges and other parts to form a sealed anti-corrosion coating.
