Project Introduction
From 2025 to 2026, Changyuan Changtong New Materials Co., Ltd. supplied a total of 23,733 sets (equivalent to approximately 237 kilometers) of FRDP 1422×520/2.7 mm radiation-crosslinked polyethylene heat shrinkable tapes (supporting 200-micron dry-film primer) for the Zhangjiakou–Shijiazhuang Section of the Changchun–Shijiazhuang Natural Gas Pipeline.
Combined with the mechanized field joint coating installation process adopted on site, we formulated a detailed pre-specification for anti-corrosion construction procedures. While guaranteeing installation quality, we rigorously controlled the construction time of each operation procedure, which greatly improved the installation efficiency of the products.
