Radiation Cross-linked Polypropylene Heat Shrinkable Tape
A high-performance material for pipeline anti-corrosion and sealing, it is composited of radiation cross-linked polypropylene substrate and a special hot-melt adhesive layer. The substrate is treated via radiation cross-linking technology to form a three-dimensional network structure of polypropylene molecular chains, which enhances mechanical strength, temperature resistance and anti-aging performance. The hot-melt adhesive layer melts upon heating and forms firm adhesion with steel pipe surfaces and epoxy coatings. During installation, heat is applied (typically 130℃–150℃) to trigger radial shrinkage of the substrate. The molten hot-melt adhesive evenly covers pipeline joint areas to form a tight sealed anti-corrosion coating, delivering long-term stable protection relying on the "shape memory effect".

Radiation Cross-linked Polyethylene Heat Shrinkable Tape & Sleeve
It is a high-performance special material dedicated to pipeline anti-corrosion and sealing, laminated with radiation cross-linked polyethylene substrate and special sealing hot-melt adhesive layer.
The substrate is manufactured through extrusion, radiation cross-linking and stretching processes to form a stable three-dimensional network structure with excellent shape memory effect. When heated, the hot-melt adhesive can form high-strength bonding with steel pipes and epoxy coatings.
During construction, heat the material to 140℃–160℃; the substrate shrinks radially while the hot-melt adhesive melts to fill gaps. It seamlessly wraps pipe welds, elbows, flanges and other parts to form a sealed anti-corrosion coating.

Pressure-sensitive Adhesive Heat Shrinkable Tape (abbreviated as PSA Heat Shrink Tape) is an anti-corrosion and sealing material combining heat shrinkage performance and pressure-sensitive adhesion properties. It is laminated with radiation cross-linked polyethylene substrate and butyl rubber modified pressure-sensitive adhesive layer. The substrate offers mechanical strength and heat shrinkability, and the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer forms stable bonding with the outer surface of pipelines.

Photosensitive fiberglass is a formable sheet composed of modified acrylic resin, photoinitiator and glass fiber reinforcement material. It is fixed onto the surface of pipeline anti-corrosion coatings on-site by winding or wrapping, and can cure rapidly under sunlight or ultraviolet lamps. After curing, it possesses extremely high mechanical strength, and is widely adopted for pipeline protection during horizontal directional drilling crossings, as well as anti-corrosion protection of storage tanks, steel structures and other facilities.

Epoxy fiberglass is mainly composed of solvent-free modified epoxy adhesive and glass fiber. The solvent-free epoxy adhesive boasts excellent mechanical properties such as high wear resistance and scratch resistance.
This product complies with Specification DEC-OTP-S-AC-016-2024-1+ Technical Specification for Epoxy Fiberglass Protective Coatings in Oil and Gas Storage & Transportation Engineering.
It is primarily applied for external protection of oil and gas pipelines during horizontal directional drilling crossings; inner lining of acid storage tanks, pits and reactors; acid and alkali resistant lining for chemical storage tanks and pipelines; as well as outer protective coating for pipelines and supports.
